RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. Your 60-Day Return Right
1.1 You may return your Organizer within sixty (60) days of delivery, for any reason, and receive a refund of the hardware purchase price and applicable refunded tax, subject to Section 2. The delivery date is the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Delaying Activation does not extend this return window.
1.2 There is no restocking fee. Substantial customer-caused damage beyond ordinary use makes a voluntary return ineligible for a refund, as described in Section 2.3.
1.3 YOU PAY RETURN SHIPPING on a return made simply because you changed your mind. Where the Organizer is defective, Section 3 applies instead and we pay return shipping.
1.4 Tell us within sixty (60) days of delivery that you wish to return. Your request is timely if we receive it within that window, even if our reply comes later. Once we authorize the return, ship it back within thirty (30) calendar days.
2. Condition of Returned Organizers
2.1 Return the Organizer itself. You may keep the included USB-C cable. Original packaging and the shipping carton are not required.
2.2 Ordinary use is fine. You may fill it, use it and decide it is not for you.
2.3 We do not issue a voluntary-return refund if the Organizer has substantial customer-caused damage beyond ordinary use. This includes severe damage to the body or shell, or customer-caused damage that makes the internal circuit boards or battery unsuitable for safe reuse. Ordinary wear from normal use does not by itself make a return ineligible. Covered defects are handled under the Limited Warranty. A missing included USB-C cable does not reduce your refund. If inspection shows that your voluntary return is ineligible, we will explain the reason and return your Organizer to you at our expense, unless you authorize us to recycle it. If damage makes shipment unsafe, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative.
2.4 EMPTY EVERY COMPARTMENT BEFORE RETURNING. Do not send medication to us. If an Organizer reaches us containing medication, we will dispose of the contents as the law requires and cannot return them to you.
3. Defective Organizers
3.1 A defect in materials or workmanship is handled under the Limited Warranty, which lasts one (1) year from delivery. The sixty (60) day voluntary return window does not shorten that warranty.
3.2 For a confirmed covered defect, you may choose a replacement Organizer or a hardware refund under the Limited Warranty. Regimen pays return shipping and, where you choose replacement, replacement shipping.
3.3 You may also request a voluntary return within sixty (60) days of delivery. A warranty claim and a voluntary return are separate processes; their eligibility and shipping rules are described in the applicable policy.
3.4 A warranty replacement preserves your existing membership and the remainder of your original warranty period. A hardware refund stops future membership renewal. Confirmed covered service downtime is credited as described in the Limited Warranty.
4. Your Refund
4.1 We refund the purchase price of the Organizer together with the sales tax paid on it, to your original payment method.
4.2 The separately paid original shipping charge is not refunded on a delivered-Organizer return, including a change-of-mind or defective-Organizer return, except where required by law. Cancellation before shipment is different: Section 6 provides a full refund of the preorder total.
4.3 For eligible returns, we issue the hardware refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the returned Organizer, or sooner where required by applicable law. This period includes our inspection of the return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund, which is outside our control. We will email you when the refund is issued.
4.4 We do not issue store credit instead of a refund.
5. Your Subscription If You Return
5.1 Monthly subscription charges are billed in advance for a full billing month. Cancellation or a hardware return does not refund that month, in whole or in part. Renewal stops; connected-service access continues through the paid period. Hardware refunds exclude subscription charges. Exceptions remain for legally required refunds, billing errors, duplicate charges and Regimen-caused service failures, including the Limited Warranty’s covered-defect downtime credit.
5.2 If your return is accepted during the free trial, we cancel the subscription before its first charge. If you never activated the Organizer, no subscription or monthly charge has begun.
6. Before Your Organizer Ships
6.1 This Policy applies after delivery. Before shipment, cancel instead under the Preorder Terms of Sale.
6.2 You may cancel at any time before shipment, for any reason, with no fee. We refund the full preorder total already collected, including the Organizer, original shipping charge, and applicable tax. We issue that refund within seven (7) working days after cancellation, or sooner where required by applicable law.
6.3 Where we miss our Promised Shipping Date, you may always cancel for a full refund, and in some cases we cancel and refund automatically without you asking. See Section 4 of the Preorder Terms of Sale.
7. Transit Damage
7.1 Where your package arrives damaged, please tell us promptly, preferably within seven (7) days of delivery, with photographs and keep the packaging if available. We will replace the Organizer or refund the hardware purchase price and applicable refunded tax, and handle the carrier claim. This reporting request does not shorten your sixty (60) day return right or Limited Warranty coverage.
8. How to Start a Return
8.1 Start a return request through your purchaser account on our website, or email [email protected] with your order number and a short description of your request. We aim to reply within five (5) business days. We will review your request and provide authorization and return instructions if it is eligible. Wait for those instructions before shipping your Organizer.
9. Your Legal Rights
9.1 Nothing in this Policy limits any right you have under federal or state law.
